Food Hop 2 - Japanese Cheese cake

I've only just made this recipie so its cooling as we speak/I type. It was given to me by a teacher as a kind of leaving present which was especially nice as she spent the entire afternoon translating it into English for me.
Now Japanese cheese cake is more...well cake than the English/western version producing a soft sponge like substance but its still delicious. This is my first attempt at making it so I think I'll play around with some of the quantities, and if you have any suggestions then please let me know..
oh one final thing Lily blog (on the right, no left, no right..) also has a nice sounding recipie for cheese cake too, ch ch check it out.....>

Cake
cream cheese 250 g (cut into small pieces)
sugar 90g
eggs 2
yogurt (plain) 200cc
flour 3 big spoonfuls
lemon - use the juice from half a lemon

base
oreos 100g (remove the cream filling from the middle and collect the biscuit outer layers)
sugar 20 g
butter 45g

1) First line a cake tin with grease proof paper heat oven to 170 degrees C
2)Make the base; crush the oreos outer layer until fine then melt the butter in a pan add all together with the sugar and stir until mixed through. Pour into the cake tin.
3) Make the Cake filling; Mix the eggs, yogurt, flour, sugar and lemon, cut up cream cheese into small parts and add to the mix. Stir until mixed well and smooth (for this part I used my blender something I'd recomend as the mixture is quite thick) Then gently pour or laddle the mixture on top of the base (Be careful not to disturb the base when pouring) put into the oven for 45-50 minutes until well risen.
Leave to cool.
Eat
Enjoy
Update.... I've just tried them cold and hmmmm very nice if you have any suggestions, questions or ideas then please feel free to comment.
thankyou
