WOO HOO

So my first post, fanfare please duh duh duh duh duh duuuuuuuuuhhhh

I imgaine people saying,HURRARRR, if they actually read this blog.

Anyway welcome, welcome, welcome (makes open arms gesture thats hopefully more friendly than cult leaderish)
I should probably talk about who I actually am, however as I will probably get around to talking more about myself later (and I like the whole, man of mystery, thing (which I've just ruined by already writing things in my profile section)) I'd rather write some of the aims for this blog.
Which are.
1) To record some of my time spent as an Assistant Language teacher (ALT) on the JET programme in the Shiga Prefecture, Japan.
2) I like to cook so hopefully post some of the recipies I'm trying out and where they are from
3) To talk about some of the music, new and old I'm currently listening to.

However these are my actual realistic aims.
1) To actually think of things to write about, if at anypoint I start talking about things I've found in my pocket, the end is nigh (and I mean the end of the blog is night, not the world.I Should say again I AM NOT IN A CULT)
2) To write witty and insightful things that really make people stand back and say "yeah, hes right wow what an intelligent guy!" However I'd settle for actually managing to work out how to actually post things (as I've already deleated my first draft I'd even settle for not deleating my work)
3) To try and keep posting for more than a week.

So thats what I hope to do, suggestions, ideas, and other blogs you think I might like please send them my way, but first all I'm off for my lunch.
